Your Annual Management Fee
This is a recurring cost, which has to be paid to ensure your membership rights to use your week(s). You have to pay this whether you use your week at your home resort or exchanging to another resort.
If you or one of your party fall ill or have an accident and are unable to utilise your timeshare, then effectively you have derived no benefit from your membership!
